Brief Introduction
As a newly updated packaging equipment, LC-MB6535ZX Upper and Lower Heat Shrink Film Sealing & Cutting Machine is designed and manufactured with high efficiency and continuous operation based on the characteristics of heat shrinkable packaging film. It can arrange, set up a single product (such as PET bottle), set up a group, push the bottle and wrap the film, and finally form a collection package by heating shrinkage and cooling. The products after packaging are firm, regular and beautiful in appearance and cost saving.
Main Features
1) Fully-automatic packaging equipment specially designed for food, dairy products, pharmaceuticals and coated cartons.
2) It has full-automatic functions of conveying and feeding, wrapping, sealing and cutting, shrinking, cooling and shaping, etc.
3) Adopt the world's advanced film constant temperature heat sealing technology, the sealing is clear and firm.
4) The special design of electric sealing and cutting is adopted, and the whole machine does not need air source which is convenient and energy saving.
5) The fast sealing and cooling function ensures that the sealing strength is higher under the condition of high-speed production.
6) The PLC Program is used for automatic circulation control and the performance is stable and reliable.
7) The induction switch controls the film system to reliably control the film feeding length and reduce the loss.
8) Unique contraction channel, two sets of centrifugal hot air circulation system, fast heating and energy saving.
9) The reinforced cooling and shaping channel can quickly make the packaging film into a high-strength state and facilitate the storage and transportation.
